LossNexa is designed to store restoration job information for authorized company users. Company and job data is used to provide the service, maintain security, support requested integrations and generate user-requested records.

LossNexa does not sell customer job information. Access to operational data is restricted to authorized users within the applicable company workspace and approved service providers required to operate the platform.

This preliminary policy will be expanded before commercial launch to describe retention, deletion, subprocessors, regional requirements and contact procedures.
